Dears the connection for wiring of amp meter is too simple with current transformer and i also shown the wiring connection between the ammeter and current transformer in the blow diagram. But i want to just clear you some important thing.
In the current transformer label- we have some text data, on which you just need for which ammeter this current transformer design and it's range.
Or how much ampere this current transformer can measure. If your current transformer 200/5A then your ammeter must 200/5A.
This data you can find on both ammeter and CT.
On thing more that you will pass your main single core cable through the CT coil Hole. For example you want to measure your single phase load, so you have two electric wire RED and BLACK. So pass your RED or Hot wire cable though the current transformer and your neutral will be direct goes to your load. And if you want to test the load of 3 phase then you must instill the 3 current transformers , and 3 ammeters or one ammeter but you must use a ammeter selector switch for this type of connection. However further i will guide you about these all connection in next incoming posts and videos.
On thing more that the connection between a digital amp meter and CT is different and i will tech you about in next video. In the below amp meter wiring connection with CT diagram i shown a Analog ampere meter with current transformer and with Single Phase AC supply.
