How to Do Electrical outlet wiring?
Wiring an outlet is so simple, an some outlets have three terminals and some have only 2 terminals. In this post i will tech you about that how a person can wire 2 terminals outlet or 2 pin socket. In the below diagram i shown an 2 pin outlet with incoming electric power supply (neutral and phase). I shown incoming power source with N and L. I used black color line for neutral wire and red color for Line/ phase wire.As i written above that outlet circuit wiring is simple however lets disuse some steps.
- First of all switch off your main circuit breaker.
- Then get the supply form main distribution board or from those point where you can get AC source / power supply.
- Then connect the neutral wire to the first terminal of outlet.
- Then connect the Line (phase) wire to other terminal of outlet/socket.
